We are excited to announce that Mark da Silva will be transitioning into the role of Deputy CEO & CFO at XO CARE – strengthening our leadership team during this pivotal phase of growth. Mark will work closely with CEO Kim Sørensen, spearheading strategic initiatives and supporting overall management tasks, allowing Kim to dedicate more time to his passion as Chief Designer for XO’s award-winning products.

Mark brings a wealth of experience in finance, strategy, and commercial excellence. As a former management consultant with Bain & Company, Mark has a proven track record of accelerating commercial growth and driving operational improvement in international companies.
