At a prominent Berlin address at Kurfürstendamm, XO CARE Chief Designer Kim Soerensen, visited long-time XO customer, dentist Dr. Clemens Klepsch. Dr. Klepsch was among the first German dentists to buy an XO FLOW dental unit.
It was installed on a Saturday in November. I started working on it on the Monday and have done that ever since –without any problems.
“It’s a very solid product, and I’m very satisfied. I wanted to try something new, and I truly believe that this digital unit is ‘the future”, says Dr. Klepsch.
Taking a user-centric approach to product design makes direct conversation with dentists of key importance for XO CARE. ”We gain invaluable new insights from listening to the dentists’ immediate experiences”, says Kim Soerensen on his Germany-tour visiting XO FLOW dentists.

He also visited Dr. Priehn’s stylish dental practice in Münster’s historical city center where buildings can tell legendary tales of the past.
Dr. Priehn has recently fitted his new dental clinic with the digital XO FLOW unit.
The XO FLOW unit is impressive and has a very nice design,” he says.
Sometimes it’s the small details that make all the difference during a dentist’s day. In Dr. Priehn’s case, Kim showed the team how to use the tray holder underneath the instrument bridge to carry the instrument cassettes which is one of the many small adjustments that can help make treatments run more smoothly.
They also talked about the many opportunities that the dental team may profit from when connecting the unit to the internet, like the ability to use apps, integrating intraoral scanners, or getting remote support where they can communicate directly with their tech service department.
After spending time with some of the first XO FLOW users, we are once again delighted and excited about the level of expertise and dedication of our customers, and we are proud to provide them with dental units that make their work even better and more efficient.
